Thrive is helping Nina's Coffee Cafe become the first green certified food establishment in the state of Minnesota. We will be partnering with the Green Restaurant Association for third party verification. Areas that we will look to improve include: water efficiency, waste reduction and recycling, sustainable food, energy efficiency, and chemical reduction.
