Thrive had a blast working on this kitchen and dining room remodel in Golden Valley, MN. We introduced a lot of innovative green strategies and products in this project, including gorgeous custom bamboo cabinets, a countertop made from 75% recycled content, low-VOC paints, LED under cabinet lighting, Energy Star appliances, and locally manufactured, FSC-certified furniture. This kitchen hadn't been touched since the 80's and needed some major updating. Thrive packaged functionality and design into the space, visually opening up the rooms to allow ease of entertainment. We also created a completely new storage system, eliminating a walk-in closet for pull out pantries. The clients now have a beautiful, cutting-edge green kitchen as the heart of their home.
