E2 City Homes

E2 City Homes is an incredible multi-family dwelling that was developed by The Urban Project and designed by LHB. Thrive was a design consultant on the project focusing primarily on interiors. We also contributed to the LEED certification process on this award-winning project. E2 was awarded LEED Gold by the U.S. Green Building Council, making it one of the greenest residences in the country. The structure utilizes many eco-features including insulated concrete form construction, geothermal heating/cooling, native landscaping, Energy Star appliances and lighting, zero-VOC paints, and FSC certified woods.
